"Serafines is a nice restaurant in a beautiful setting in the woods. Tables nicely set. Warning, they do not have a printed menu, you need a QR reader app on your phone. On this occasion I had printed the menu from their web site, before going, this made things much easier. Overall staff were pleasant but the service was rushed and way too fast, plates were being taken away before we were finished and the next course on the table only minutes after finishing the last course. Point to be aware of, the menu has most things priced with a ration price and a half ration price, half rations are more than adequate for two people. For the food, we started with squid rings in batter, very nice, this was followed by 4 croquet 's, I liked them, my wife was not so keen, too strong for her liking. Then we had duck foie pate, a huge chunk of pate and packet toasts. The pate was delicious, very rich, this needed time to savor, but again, we felt rushed. For our main courses, my wife had the lamb stuffed with ham, generally a disappointing dish, very fatty and served on a plate with an unnecessary floral display of various salad products, ridiculous. Watching around the room, this seemed to be the norm, every main dish had half a kilo of salad crammed on the plate. The waste in this restaurant must be incredible. For the main, I chose the marinated partridge, a dish I had experienced on previous visits. Unfortunately, this time the dish was awful and I had to send it back, in my opinion it was not edible, the meat was dry and tasteless, again accompanied by the floral display. To be fair the restaurant did take it off the bill without any hassle. To accompany these courses we had the house red, very nice. We also ordered a bottle of still water, they brought sparkling water, not a good start. For dessert I chose the profiteroles which were not bad but they were the largest profiteroles I have ever seen sitting in a bucket of chocolate sauce. We finished with a coffee, beautiful coffee served in stupid cups. The final bill was 61.00 Euros, not bad considering the wine was 14.00 Euros. Would we go back, probably, eventually but we both suffered dreadful indigestion that night so we will not be rushing back in the near future."

"Es un restaurante que está bien, los platos están buenos y la atención es excelente. Recomendamos las croquetas de gamba y el taco pastor de costilla con pico de gallo (el sabor de la salsa y el interior es brutal). Sin embargo, el solomillo de cerdo ibérico con salsa de trufa negra nos decepcionó. El bocata de cochinita pibil y las croquetas de rabo también están bien, con mucho sabor. Éramos 2 personas y salimos a 25€ por cabeza, pidiendo Paulaner y sin postre. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–30"

"Materia prima de primera en unas manos de primera, qué más se puede pedir. El personal, muy atento y servicial. No es uno de esos sitios donde todo está buenísimo pero sales con hambre, pues las raciones y tapas son muy abundantes y están buenas buenas. La panceta salada a la brasa y el pulpo también a la brasa ¨de escándalo¨, los torreznos... Los postres, caseros, son increíbles, están hechos con muy buen gusto. Mis chiquillos disfrutaron a más no poder. Además como esta situado en pleno parque de los patos de Ibi; un lugar con encanto, muy agradable, si tienes niños allí se lo pasarán pipa. Recomendable no, lo siguiente. Para repetir y tripitir! P.D. Después de repetir, tripitir etc etc etc no puedo más que añadir que fabuloso. Referente en la montaña alicantina. Un trocito de cielo en la tierra, parada obligatoria en Ibi. "

"It's a celebration restaurant, our room was a great shop, with air conditioning, it was very good. but to highlight the menu, which is well eaten! all rich traditional food but with a modern touch, to show, put a golden tasting with risotto to the pesto and algae that surprised me. totally recommended."
