Extreamly rude staff! Very passive aggressive and when I told him he was being passive aggressive he complained that he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with this. Honestly I was very shocked at how rude the staff was. Even if your having a bad day there is not excuse to be rude to a customer. View menu

Really lovely staff they are all so polite especially 2 blonde girls one of them is with an accent and has a beautiful laugh and radiating positivity. While the other one speaks warmly and uses nice phrases like here you go lovei just love the staff. We need a bigger Pret cause it’s always full.

I went to get a drink from nottingham caffe the guy who was on the till at time didn't even place my order and made me wait longer for no reason. This happen to me 3 times with same member of staff THE BIG QUESTION IS WHY. I asked why but no answer very bad altitude?? .the rest of the staff are excellent

I visited this pret and was robbed of £5 thinking I was paying for my food but it was a donation to pret. I was already paying too much for some melon and a bottle of water why would I want to donate more. This meant I ended up paying £8.75 and the melon was flaverless and sh*t going to greggs next time. Worse customer service ever! The staff in the counter was very rude. He took eat-in price from me (I told him it was take away and didn’t ask for utensils) and I couldn’t even say anything because he was rushing people and was very rude. I like Pret a lot but won’t be going to Nottingham Pret ever again and won’t recommend.

I've been coming to this Pret for about 6 months, and in the last 2 the atmosphere has soured even more than when I first went there. The staff screaming orders and, rightly or wrongly I don't know, getting angry with customers has created a very tense environment, leading to me sadly having to find an alternative coffee shop. Friends have found the staff extremely rude, though I have not personally encountered this.
