"We like to order at La Strada because the food tastes very delicious. We have never ordered anything, neither in the restaurant directly nor in delivery, which was not worth its price. Lastly, there were noodles with pifferlings. By default we eat a salad with the delicious homedressing. The team is fast and always nice and friendly."

"Reservation of advantage. Online very easy to perform. Ingenious menu. Also changing motto card or seasonal dishes. Prices are admitted not low, but absolutely appropriate for the quality of food! We are always thrilled by the great ambience, the food and the great service as well as our visit, which we liked to take to Ambach!"

"Das Restaurant Ponyhof ist sehr schön an einem Waldstück von Idstein gelegen.Das Ambiente des Gastraums lässt aber leider stark zu wünschen übrig. Alles sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Noch dazu gibt es einen Raucherbereich im Restaurant und das riecht man leider auch im Nichtraucherbereich.Das Essen hat zwar lange auf sich warten lassen aber war dafür überraschend gut. Wir hatten verschiedene Fleischgerichte bestellt. Da gab es eigentlich nichts großartig zu meckern. Der Service war zwar etwas unsicher aber sehr nett, sodass das Unsichere nicht weiter gestört hat.Alles in allem war es in Ordnung. Würde am Erscheinungsbild des Gastraumes und an einer guten Abtrennung des Raucherbereichs deutlich gearbeitet werden, wäre es ein wirklich gutes Restaurant!"

"The restaurant menus were well-described on the menu, and the friendly and competent service further explained them in detail. We opted for the 3-course indulgence menu and were not disappointed. The dishes were of top quality and beautifully presented, with a kitchen greeting between each course. The price to performance ratio at this level was excellent. However, we found the wine selection to be limited and slightly overpriced. The ambiance in the old building was great, but we were not fans of the metal flowers on the tables, which seemed unnecessary alongside real flowers. Plastic candles with fake flames felt out of place - real candles would have been more appropriate for such a fine dining experience. Despite these minor criticisms, it was a wonderful evening with delicious food, and we are likely to return in the future. The food alone is worth it!"

"Wir haben sehr spät noch ein Restaurant gesucht um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Der Gasthof zur Pfeife war trotz der späten Stunde noch gut besucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in dem kleinen rustikalen Gastraum empfangen. Natürlich gab es auch noch etwas zu Essen. Ich selber habe den gebackenen Camembert mit frittierter Petersilie, Preiselbeeren und Toast gewählt. Die Vorstellung, dass man Petersilie frittiert hat mich allerdings erstmal etwas irritiert. Meiner anfänglich Skepsis folgte dann aber ein Geschmackerlebnis, dass ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Das Lokal selber ist wie gesagt sehr rustikal in einem alten Fachwerkhaus untergebracht und schon das sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Abgerundet wird alles mit einem sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."
