"Last night, eleven of us dined at Rama Spice. The staff greeted us warmly and the food was delicious and served hot. The drinks were a bit pricey, but overall the service and food were excellent. However, I have one complaint - the tiled floor near the toilets is very slippery and dangerous. This has been an issue for some time, as we experienced a woman falling on it last year. It needs to be addressed before someone gets seriously injured. Despite this, we would still give the restaurant a 10 out of 10 and plan to return. Please fix the slippery floor."

Got a scam call from the number for this place. I think a call centre in Indian has spoofed the number.

Excellent, authentic Indian food. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy the serving staff were extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning

Rama Spice is one of the rare places where you can get authentic Indian food. The balance of flavours is perfect and the service is very good. A place to visit with family if you enjoy good food.

I absolutely love going to this restaurant whenever I visit Atherton. The food is lovely and the staff is great, especially my favorite waiter who is in the picture. I'm not sure if he still works there, but he is a fantastic guy.

Ordered a takeaway was very expensive for what you got. The massala chips where tiny French fries in some kind of weird tasting sauce. The curry I got was nice bit the lamb pieces where tiny. For 11.99 for a takeaway curry was very expensive the keema rice was nice, the pashwari naan didn't really taste of anything. View menu

Tried for the first time after reading good reviews and it did not disappoint, everything was spot on, lamb tikka masala cooked perfect, chicken tikka balti was amazing and tasty, garlic and coriander nann was by far the best Iv tasted in a long time, great service and great food will definitely recommend and be returning 5

Very Disappointing , The Curry and Nan bread were cold, The Rama special platter was ok Chicken was a bit dry and the Lamb chop wad overcooked and tough, the King prawn was very small and was like rubber,My Wife had the Chicken Pathia which again the chicken was dry and overcooked, waste of money, when I complained they only gave feeble excuses about being busy, no point arguing with them, avoid this place if you don't want to feel ripped off

"After reading the reviews we was really looking forward to eating here ,however it turned out to be the worst tapas and worst service we have ever received . After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our drinks order we then waited a further 30 mins to be served with what can only be described as toast with tasteless mushed up tomatoes on , this was inedible and hardly touched , a further 20 minutes on and we was served a single dish of chicken between two of us again this was very bland and resembled nothing like a original tapas dish more like a chicken korma again this was hardly touched . When I enquired as to where the rest of the food was I was told they was very busy . With this we decided to cut our loses and asked for the bill . Before leaving we tried to have a conversation with the manager who is also the chef to give some honest feedback ,however he wasn’t open to listening , he’s response was “it’s normal in a tapas restaurant to receive one dish at a time between two with a large gap between dishes wasn’t it explained to you that’s what tapas is “We felt this was a very patronising remark as we eat tapas on a regular basis and know this is definitely not the case . To matters worse there was people who came in after us with multiple plates and tucking in nicely to their meals . The manager who was obviously struggling to cope on a busy Saturday night should have just apologised and admitted our order had been overlooked . If you are looking for authentic Tapas with excellent service in Wigan go to Casa Carlos this place doesn’t deserve your hard earned money ."
