"We have had many home deliveries from here but never eaten in the restaurant. The food and service were outstanding, the ambience was quiet and the lighting pleasantly low without being gloomy. The biggest downside to our visit was the toilets. They are truly disgusting, being dirty worn out and cold (they are the exact same toilets as Cranberries , the first restaurant that was on these premises twelve years ago! . They do not reflect the high level of décor, service and quality of food this restaurant has to offer so PLEASE spend some money and get them renovated!"

We'd always dined down the road at one of Cranleigh's competing restaurants which we'd always assumed to offer the best food. We were wrong The Rania proved an unexpected gem and will now be our local curry restaurant of choice.

Fantastic food when it arrived. The restaurant was overwhelmed by the number of bookings it had accepted. Apparently it was prioritising takeaways ... I felt sorry for the waiters and waitress who were delightful but unable to bring mains the table after an hour a half wait. Shame
