"Have had a couple of good takeaways from here, normally collect, however this time took advantage of uber discount offer. Food was expeted to be 45mins to 1hour wait, acceptable on a busy night however, after 1hour 30mins we requested an update for the time to be changed on the expected delivery thrusting me to make a call to the restaurant. The restaurateur explained how they were busy and was sorry for the delay, offering a 20% discount on our next order. On receiving the food the currys were tepid with the saag paneer being barely luke warm. The 20% discount is 5% less of that offered by uber therefore no discount at all, 1hr 40mins from order to order received is not acceptable and then for order to be cold.....order at your own risk."

delicious food, fast and very attentive to allergies that they have instructed us to highlight the products that were not gluten-free and the packaging also clearly marked. would recommend!

For the third time running we have received an order with an item missing. Very frustrating and for it to happen 3 times on the bounce is disappointing to say the least. Do we risk a 4th? I think not

After waiting for approximately 3 hours for my delivery, the food was average. My girlfriend enjoyed her lamb rogan josh, but my chicken kashmir, although tasty, had pineapple instead of the advertised lychee. I may consider giving them another chance, but if the delivery takes 3 hours again, I will not order from them again. View menu

Ordered a takeaway for delivery. Delivery time was OK. But very disappointed in the curry and lack of chicken. Ordered a korma and a tikka. Both curries had 6 very small pieces of chicken in. Used to love red goa. But it seems to have gone downhill and the curry is not worth the money based on the amount of meat you get in the sauce. It's basically like a tub of sauce with 6 sugar lump sizes of chicken. Won't be ordering from this shop anymore. Very disappointing.

Food was excellent person who took the orders was excellent and drivers excellent…… then it all went wrong. Rude people in the phone boxes left open so the food is all leaked. Driver shouting CAIO and being in the phone while delivering the food, stamps are provided at Red Goa ….. not tonight the driver is too busy on the phone!! Phoned to say the lids were open and burnt my fingers (food was hot! to be answered by the manager is on holiday….,,,. Maybe don’t answer the phone if you can’t help!!!

"for the manager reference incase they the necessity to follow this up, I visited 06/07/21 around approx. 19:30 and sat on table 11. I stopped walking at midnight for a quick pint. I sat on table 11 and continued to order a pint curious beer. second swallow, the table I sat, was tilted until my pint spills over me and I twisted the knee, on which I was waiting for operation. without risking facemask inside and no service outside, I have another pint with the app to pay so I am not £8.80 for a pint beer. when the second pint was bought, there was an expectation that the waitress would deliver a form of repair. the reality of the situation was that she could not have been less interested by saying the words, oh they lost her pint when I informed her that I was not aware that the table was broken, she would not have been interested less if she had told me that she did not care, at least then there was a form of cognitive assessment of the situation. there was no sign on the table, a thorough check of the table would have shown that it was not suitable for the purpose. that is not my responsibility. in a time when the hospitality sector is on the knees, please write it. but £8.80 to consume a pint, beer dipped legs and a twisted knee, up from a waitress that no less interested, made me wish I had not stopped. the not so local pub opposite the next secondary school offers much better service."
