New owner/management refusing to pay wages for time worked, avoid at all costs, beware all Vegi/vegans too they only have 1 fryer which is used to fry all chips and animal products.

Sunday dinner, small portions, undercooked veg and parsnips, missing Yorkshire puds. Was told Yorkshire puds would be out in a few minutes but never turned up. Fed issues back and never got a response. Shame as it used to be a good place to eat Parking: Rear of pub Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

Won a free Sunday lunch for 4 people, generously donated by the Red Lion as a prize in a charity raffle. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the food was very good (I can recommend the beetroot and butternut wellington as a veggie option), plenty of choices on the menu, and service was quick, friendly and courteous. Thank you Red Lion. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
