recommend a gourmet! I was in the last year 4 times in the restaurant at the placel and every time it was 10/10. Whether light lunch, creative tapas tasting party or a lively Bavarian dinner - eating it is at the point, the price fair and the service charming.Reservation required!

we visited this place a few days ago and had a really nice time. the food tastes delicious! especially the blackshaxe. they offered a good mix of Franconian food and you taste that the chef knows what he does. the service was always open and helpful when we asked to rothenberg. the guests are a good mix of tourist and local, so that there was always a good atmosphere. the restaurant itself is located in the middle of the old town, about a minute away the market place is also a good place to rest and take a cold drink. if we ever visit Rothenburg again, we will definitely visit this place again!

we entered the restaurant to second (the restaurant has about 5-7 tables), and only one table was free, exactly for 2 people. the waitress told us it was full. We asked what was with this table and she replied that the kitchen is full! We looked amazed at each other. she said in 20 minutes. Okay, I understand we can sit down, drink something, and we'll be served in 20 minutes. No, no, we were invited to come back in 20 minutes!!!!1. they have more table (total 7) of what they can serve. 2. they have no idea of the bases of restoration. they can never tell customers to go if they have a table free. I suggest the crew to visit a really serious restaurant and see how they behave View menu
