"First off this place is sandwiched between a bar and a parking lot, keep that in mind when making your way there. The service here is friendly and fast, I really appreciated how the cashier took the time to explain the menu and make suggestions. The food here for European standards definitely beats the other popular "Mexican" restaurants in Switzerland. The sea bass ceviche is a must try; especially since it's uncommon menu item (in Switzerland). The carne asada burrito is also nice, the drink items are varied. I also like how the meals come with a few nachos and you have 3 different sauces to choose from; however I recommend ordering an appetizer (if dining with another person) because the ceviche is so good it leaves you wanting more. Overall definitely a must try! I'm surprised this restaurant isn't rated higher, it's family friendly, good for couples or for a quick lunch."

Jeder Burrito ist empfehlenswert, der geht jede Mittagspause. Lädt auch zum gemütlichen verbleiben ein.

Super cool restaurant. A lot of decorations and really good, filling food. As we ate, there were two music players who sang in spanish and added to the place's authenticity.

Great, hidden away place, with friendliest staff and great food! It's kind of low profile and very authentic at the same time! Food is delicious and you can't get bored with it.

We visited La Taqueria for a quick lunch and we were impressed. We were served very nicely and fast, despite all people waiting. Food was very good and overall environment was just right.

We looked for a place like this for long! The food is simple and authentically mexican (no tex-mex stuff), there is a wide choice of tacos, burritos, and so on, and it tastes great! We particularly appreciated the possibility of buying "a glass of drink" with free refill for the whole evening. The price is honest for a city like Zurich. They conjugate hearty Mexican atmospheres with the usual Swiss comforts (attentive service, highchairs for babies, spotless toilets...).

This little restaurant is well worth the short trip from the city center. we visited in summer and got a table in the quaint outdoor garden. The menu selection ranges from nachos, tacos, burritos to quesadillas and so much more. Our selection (after a lengthy discussion) was nachos with salsa fresca and guacamole as a starter and quesadillas with beef as a main course. As a beverage we chose the home made ice tea/lemonade which comes in 3 flavours and with a little surprise. The food was absolutely delicious - fresh, well seasoned, good quality meat. And the family atmosphere made this a place that we will definitely visit again. Even if it is just for the churros we didn't get to taste beca...
