"Booked a table for 2 as it was my daughters 29th birthday, been through a tough year with having lost family members, so wanted to have just a mum daughter dinner for her birthday I asked if the table could be decorated a little and if her dessert (as I knew she would order one) could be brought out with a lit candle or sparkler , I was told yes and to write it on the comments section upon booking. Sadly none of the above was done so I felt pretty let down for my daughter as I wanted just this little extra surprise for her which wasn't to much to ask. Instead it just felt like a normal dinner. At other establishments in weston on previous birthday dinners out my daughter has been treated to the above plus a free drink without evening asking. I wasn't asking for a anything free just a little extra attendance to the above upon request after being told yes it will be done . I spent nearly £100 last night which is why the extra little detail would of topped it off"

Nice food served quickly. Unique surroundings. Live music was just a bit too loud, but overall a pleasant experience and a nice night out.

Normally the pizza is amazing but on this occasion I had to send it back as it was clearly not up to its high standard and contained hardly any of the ordered topping as they had obviously run out and had replaced with others.

Excellent service, great atmosphere. Gorgeous food, and such great portions! Great to go slightly earlier with kids as you don’t feel their noise affects later diners. The kids loved the kids menu. Will be back again again. The pier always looks fab lit up too

We were sat by a door which people were using to go outside for a cigarette so were freezing but had an enjoyable evening. Service was very good and so was the singer. The pork chop was more a rib so was quite fatty but was tasty and all accompaniments were good. View menu

Booked early to eat before a concert All good on arrival, shown to a nice table by the window and given menus but then had to attract a waiter's attention after nearly 15 minutes so we could order drinks Food arrived quickly (probably a bit too quickly if I'm honest) and was delicious The staff were lovely, as always

Went for food here last night with friends and the service was extremely slow, the food order was wrong when it arrived which meant half of us finished our meals before the other food came out for the second time. The pizzas were undercooked, the chicken was chewy and not cooked properly. The live entertainment was good, only positive thing about the whole experience.
