"we hiked in the early afternoon through this opposite of the city when we found this restaurant and decided to return to dinner in the evening. welcome, asks whether we want to sit inside or outside and whether we want an English or German menu. we chose a street table as it was a warm evening. the food was freshly prepared and excellent, as well as the wee in the glass. especially enjoyed the brot and the olives that came while we waited for our appetizer. portions pasta were generous and tasty. would definitely come back if we were back in hamburg."

this restaurant in the wexstraße is just the road down from the grols neumarkt (?) with all its restaurants. it is a charming little Italian restaurant, which is served for dinner at a candlestick too very reasonable trips. English menu available, good service. enjoyed gnocchi and a pasta with tomato and scampi, free olive, brot and dip. highly recommended. View menu

overall we left this Italian restaurant very happy and full! here is a break from our visit: pasta al salmone, pasta with gorgonzola and a pizza with ham, rucola and parmesan. result: what they ordered was what they (and expected) solid. Italian food, but it was nothing to be bash against it. the service was great, the waitress was so sweet and attentive. result: the pasta al salmone has cost what I think is completely fair.

we found this place while walking in the beautiful city hamburg. just 10/15 minutes from the sofitel hotel and the upscale shopping district, this place was already full at 19:30 clock / 20:00 clock and we could see why - the family that runs this restaurant serves authentic Italian dishes that are perfectly prepared. if they love to eat Italian and visit hamburg on business or pleasure, they should visit this place! we look forward to our next visit in hamburg and to the ristorante luna
