"If you are interested in the Berlin brunch scene, you have probably seen photos from Roamers online. This tiny restaurant in Neukölln is the stuff that hipster dream about: succulents and other plants galore, rustic decor, food served on wooden plates instead of plates, long waiting times and Instagram worthy food. I admit to catching a quick picture or two of my foods before I buy, but to my horror, one of the diners actually whipped his DSLR and had a five minute photoshoot with his meal before actually eating. So... yeah. You should know what you expect from Roamers before you're here. That means some of the obnoxily hip clients should Do not visit Roamers because the food is more than quite good if you visit at a strategic time naturally. (look by a weekday morning! Immediately after entering, I had the impression that the owner with California must be given away the state flag, a license plate and the wealth of succulents. But there was a south-western vibe located outside, which was not entirely in vain with this Californian aesthetic. I asked the owner about it before I left and he showed that he was inspired by Joshua Tree in Southern California. The food reflects this Californian/Wild West/Mexical esthetic calale on kale, jalapeño cheese sandwiches, French toast, avocado toast, huevos rancheros, etc. I had the French toast that was absolutely impeccable. Roamers really takes a notch with their interpretation of this classic breakfast dish: caramelized pear, berries, jam and Greek yogurt! At €8 it was worth every cent. And with free tap water is definitely a plus because it is such a rareness in Berlin!"

Eggs benedict came on supermarket white bread and eggs were fully cooked through. They made us new runny eggs so hence 3 and not 1 star. Also waited 45min for this rather mediocre brunch. Would not recommend. View menu

a small cozy place with very nice staff. the food was spicy, tasted great and quickly arrived. a lunch for 3 went for under 50€ with coffee and dessert. the volume of music was just perfect and the bathroom was clean. I have no complaints.

This is the only thing that was imperative for our Berlin visit. Roamers breakfast first, than we'll see what else is worth visiting : Of course we didn't make a mistake... Again... I wouldn't put an accent on any of the meals from the menu everything is delicious!

Back in the days this place used to be awesome but what has happened now? The portions are so small especially the ones on the big trays, they look ridiculous... We had to wait ages, our drinks were completely forgotten and served after the food, no dessert on a Sunday morning...

the wild boar banh mi is quite open the best brunch dish in whole berlin. it's really amazing. everything from the coffee to the cake of the day (what in our case was cheesecake) is really top notch. I have never tried the typical eggs on toast brunch options there that they see everywhere, but honestly it is much more intelligent to go with their more innovative special dishes. it is a small and cozy place, so make sure they are ready to wait a bit for a table. fabulous and friendly staff, its always at the top of my list of brunch recommendations in the city.
