"Traditional Japanese cuisine restaurant away from St Anne's sempiterary street, held by Japanese what is always good sign. Here, fish and seafood are in honor, grilled, paned or raw. On the advice of the house mistress, I was tempted by the raw fish, in this case the special chirashi, really very copied and varied: daurade, bar, holy jacques, shrimp, rolled omelette, salmon, mackerel, tuna and tuna fat. The rice was deliciously seasoned with two condiments that I did not recognize (a kind of seaweed can be? . I enjoyed it. I also tried the marinated tofu (hiyayakko, which was good but I prefer with a higher soy sauce. Attention, the prices are in agreement with the quality of the products, it is more expensive than the Japanese sushi brochettes that pullulent and it is quite normal. In short, I recommend and will probably come back to test other parts of the card."

Sushi and other original specialties, delicious, far from Japanese restaurants without taste or grace. Really exceptional! I don't want to go to St Anne's in Paris.

Authentic, good sushi and seasonal products: I have already been able to taste oysters half-cooked with saké steam, urchins and iron pushes. The eggplant fog sauce must fall on the ground and the grilled fish is a safe value. View menu

An authentic Japanese restaurant run by Japanese people and not Filipinos. The fish is fresh. The serving exquisite. The taste magnificent. No more superlatives. Menu is available in English, with explanation. Servers speak french and English. So all in all, the perfect sushi experience in Paris.

The Japanese cuisine lover you can't make the impasse on the restaurant Sanki. We are in love with the product, the quality of the fish is unmatched (otoro, liche foie gras). It's been more than 10 years since we're back and the quality is on the date. Thanks again to the Japanese leader for this rare pearl.

Genuine Japanese cuisine! I spit on the Chirashi menu at 30,50€ with its soup and salad. The chirashi contained several types of fish and was consistent. The restaurant seems to offer seasonal dishes (different types of fish prepared differently), it is tempting to come back to test them... impeccable service. An address I keep for my next move to the area! View menu

I couldn't eat sushi since I came back from Japan ! That's almost like in Japan... almost is just because I'm hard to please : Just go there if you want to eat some unusual (for french japanese restaurant sushi and else. Quality is just perfect ! Can be expensive but it's totally usual for this type of japanese restaurant. It's worth it. They even offered us a bit more sushi at the end ! Thanks !

Three stars and above all a question suspense because: A seasoned lover of (vrais) sushis, I have been attending the Sanki for almost ten years. It's/it was simply the best deal in Paris, offering sublime products at very ridiculous prices (great entrance to beer sushi tray and dessert less than fifty euros). Apart from sushi, the menu offers a range of authentic and superior dishes. PLEASED, during my last visit, I was served a ridiculous tray of rice balls overcame with pieces of fish without flavor... As if Sanki adopted the codes of Japanese Chinese restaurants ... Note that I did not recognize the chief behind the counter. Where is the outstanding question, and the undecided note: was i...
