"Not a great location but the restaurant is pleasant and spacious. Apparently the restaurant closes at 23:00 and the kitchen at 22:00. I arrived at 21:45 but the waiter was really pushy and rude about ordering ASAP. The waiters in general were more interested in going home than offering a good service. They were rude and not at all attentive. On the upside the food was very good. The huge garlic naan was one of the best I have ever eaten. Madras was about the right heat and the chicken was of good quality. For as good as the food was it's hard to recommend a restaurant where good service and politeness is a very low priority for the serving staff."

"Dieses Restaurant ist spannenderweise deutlich besser, als man auf den ersten Blick vermuten könnte. Direkt an einem Fitness-Studio gelegen ist das ein waschechtes italienisches Restaurant mit wirklich leckerem Essen, sehr aufmerksamen Bedienungen, einer angenehmen Kartengröße und fix sind sie auch. Da gibt es nicht zu meckern. Einzig die Parkplatz-Situation ist abends bisweilen etwas angespannt, aber da kann das Restaurant ja nichts für. Parking: Angespannt, bisweilen muss man 1-2 Straßen weiter parken. Wheelchair accessibility: Keine Automatiktür aber auch immerhin keine Stufen"

"Ich war mit meiner Mutter (86) und einer Freundin (85) im Da Carlo. Meine Mutter ist stark gehbehindert und es war fantastisch wie der Chef sich persönlich um meine Mutter und auch uns gekümmert hat. Er hat uns zum Tisch geleitet und den Tisch sofort zur Seite gerückt, damit sich meine Mutter besser setzten konnte. Auch seine Speisenempfehlungen waren super. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir haben einen entspannten Mittag verbracht. Die Preise sind sehr moderat für die erbrachte Leistung.Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man in Gerlingen sehr gut italienisch essen gehen möchte. Ausdrücklichen Dank an Carlo. Meine Mutter hat den Ausflug aus dem Pflegeheimalltag sehr genossen."

"Staying at a neighbouring air bnb we were recommended this lovely Greek restaurant. Managed to get a table even though it was a busy Saturday. Obviously very popular with locals and for good reason. Welcoming and helpful staff. Menu all in German however we managed...to work out our order. The food was delicious and generous portions. Good value for money. Generous wine sold by the glass. Commentary ouzo! I can highly recommend."
