Best Japanese in all of Ingolstadt. If you really want to eat Japanese food, you have to choose between 3 dishes that vary every day or the *always* menu. Today was my first time at Shinshu and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Let's start with the most important thing: food: The food is very fresh and tastes just like the last time it was eaten on vacation. Tempura freshly fried, yakitori tender and juicy. The sashimi and sushi were super delicious. I'm already looking forward to the next time to try more from the menu. Tip: If you want a bit of everything like me, you should go for the Shinshu special menu. Regarding the service: It's polite and nice. Our orders also went pretty quickly. Also gleich mal: jap, Wartezeit aufs Essen ist lang. ABER! Das Essen ist sehr gut, authentisch japanisch und in so einer kleinen Küche und so fein gearbeitet, da dauerts halt etwas. Wir waren vor kurzem 2 Wochen in Japan und haben das Essen dort sofort vermisst. Aber diese eingedeutschte Küche,die man überall findet, konnten wir einfach nicht runter schlingen. Hier hingegen, wunderbar, Geschmack, Frische und alles sehr fein zubereitet von ein paar netten, älteren, japanischen Leuten. Preise sind auch absolut fair, das Sukiyaki Dinner macht schon Spaß die zur Verfügung gestellten Zutaten selbst am Tisch zu kochen. Gehe gerne wieder hin! After a long time we were again in Shinshu with the Kasai family. I'm giving this 4 stars with a downward trend. Reasons for the deduction: 50 minutes of waiting time until the starter was there and it was then swapped with another table, so another 10 minutes of waiting time. The sushi rolls in particular were beautifully crafted. In terms of taste, however, 5 stars as usual. My wife's drink was also delivered incorrectly. Our table next door couldn't order sushi at 7:45 p.m. because the rice was out. That shouldn't happen on a Saturday either. Nach langer Zeit waren wir wieder mal im Shinshu bei Familie Kasai. Ich vergebe hier 4 Sterne mit Tendenz nach unten. Gründe für den Abzug: 50min Wartezeit bis die Vorspeise da war und diese wurde dann auch noch mit einem anderen Tisch vertauscht, somit nochmal 10min Wartezeit. Handwerklich waren gerade die Sushi-Rollen schon mal schöner gemacht. Geschmacklich allerdings wie gewohnt 5 Sterne. Getränk meiner Frau wurde ebenfalls falsch geliefert. Unser Nachbartisch hat um 19:45 kein Sushi mehr bestellen können, da der Reis aus war. Auch das dürfte an einem Samstag nicht passieren. Daher gut gemeinte 4 Sterne in der Hoffnung, dass das so nur eine Ausnahmeerscheinung war. Service: Dine in Meal...

Echtes japanisches Restaurant in Ingolstadt Seit Jahrzehnten existiert dieses authentische japanische Restaurant in Ingolstadt. Das Essen ist hervorragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und wirklich typisch japanisch! Leider gibt es viel zu oft Restaurants, die sich als „japanisch“ bezeichnen, aber Gerichte anbieten, die geschmacklich wenig mit der japanischen Küche zu tun haben. Hier ist das ganz anders! Die Qualität, Frische und der wunderbare Geschmack sprechen für sich. Die Preise sind absolut fair, und zusätzlich gibt es ein wechselndes Business-Lunch-Menü zu unschlagbaren Preisen.
