"eating was as usual nice and the service was good. only negatiw for this special visit was told us whether we would stay after 8.30 a.m. that we would have to pay £5 each, as a box fight existed and they were collected for charity. we didn't care about the boxing game and didn't even know there was one. .we just went for a meal and sitting and chatting afterwards. but this was cut short, as I think it would have been possible not to donate."

Gutted was told how great the Sunday Roast was by a Friend, not on our visit. 55 mins from point of order to roast being served no starters, veg was cold and under cooked and half was forgotten to be plated and then sent out 5 mins later in a bowl. View menu

Oh wow! First time at The Ship as a family. Service was friendly and quick. The ladies were so helpful and really nice. Food was amazing. My husband said his BBQ Burger was the best he had ever had! The whole place is spotless and so comfy. Thank you. We will be back.
