"This place is a little gem and you might easily miss it as its tucked away behind the market. Its a great find for people who enjoy plant based foods. Tom, the young guy who served us, was a great host: informed, warm and always attentive. The coffee was good, the cakes gorgeous and the portions were very generous. They also do take outs. I good this place continues to thrive- good for Aberystwyth, good for you and good for the planet."

"We visited Mama Fay's on our first night away in Aberystwyth over the Platinum Jubilee holiday.The shop is bright, colourful and full of life with great music being played. We were greeted by two lovely waitresses who showed us to our table. The entire process was table service, so we could be completely laidback.The service was speedy and the food was absolutely amazing. I would recommend the Halloumi Sticks, Jerk Sharer Platter Sweet Potato Tart.All of this, plus drinks came to about £26.50 each. For a three course meal and a drink, I'd say that is great value for money! If we ever find ourselves in Aber again, we will be popping in to Mama Fay's!"

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. As for the atmosphere, it created a pleasant setting to enjoy our breakfast, also rated 4. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, contributing to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this spot for a satisfying breakfast!"

"We booked this restaurant as trip advisor had scored highly and we were visiting daughter who is at Uni there. We made a reservation for for lunch for four people. When we arrived we were met with a rather miserable looking Manager. I asked...if we could take a window seat(both were empty) we were met with a flat No We were then shown to our table at the very back of the building. We ordered starters and mains. Pate. Whitebait and prawn cocktail for starters. Roast beef and burger for main. The service from our assigned waitress was lovely. However the food itself was nothing other than terrible. Over priced. Considering ours was one of the first plates served. As opened at Midday was shocking. Location Decor fantastic. Manageress needs to take a leaf from waitresses books. Food needs to be priced accordingly."

"with other reviews not many vegan options, but what they have is so high quality! we ate one night in medina and took another. our favorite was the incredibly smoky baba ghanoush, but enjoyed everything we had: stubborn, tabbouleh, cuminkartoffeln, falafel kebab (in a flat brot with very tasty shiny and couscous). beautiful ambiente for an evening meal served outdoors with an aperol spray, we could have been almost in the middle sea!"
