Fantastic place for a family meal the food was delicious and good portion sizes. The staff are super friendly. Ally made sure we had everything we needed and created a great atmosphere. We Will definitely be returning in the future.

We had our sons 4th birthday party in the softplay and it was a fantastic experience! We were very well taken care of, kids all had a great time and it was a very stress free event as Rhona and Natalie (i think thats their names) took care of everything and were very accomodating! View menu

Visited pub as a stop off Monday 10th December 8pm whilst travelling and staying in the hotel next door Staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble the service through out was great and food was lovely would highly recommend and would definitely go back if I was travelling that way again After a long day of travelling this place was exactly what we needed

I cannot praise the staff at Springkerse enough for their excellent service on Sunday, January 14th. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. The presence of a large soft-play area was a great addition for our family get-together, especially with young children in tow. We were seated in a slightly separate area which allowed us to chat without disturbing other guests. The service was efficient and friendly, and we will definitely return for our next family gathering.

After dining at this restaurant today, we were informed by the staff that there was a problem in the kitchen and they were short-staffed. Despite the longer wait, we understood the situation and appreciated that the service was still timely. After dinner, although I didn't want to complain, I mentioned that my meal wasn't to my liking. The staff member, who unfortunately I didn't get the name of, and the cook went above and beyond to rectify the situation by offering various replacements. They handled the unpredictable situation remarkably well, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Great job in making the best out of a challenging circumstance! View menu
