"I Ordered a takeaway last night from Scott's plaice at 18.49pm the food never turned up till 9.10pm the 2 large chips I ordered were cold and hard and looked like all the old scrapings from the fryer left at the bottom the sausages were cold and the batter not even crispy. Very disappointed with the just eat service I received how can a delivery of 5 battered sausages and 3 large chips take over 2 hours. Not fair at all my kids were hungry and were just about to go to bed at that time not sitting and eating dinner. "A spur of the moment decision to have a Fish Supper! Fish and Chips in Fareham has really been a struggle for some time but we took a ‘punt’ on the Google review and we’re so glad we did. Courteous young guys in the till and busy vibe around the fryers, the result, beautiful fresh fish, plump and perfect chips, matched with a glass of wine in the garden, created the best Fish Chips for some time!"

"After driving 6 hours from Cheshire, we stopped by this restaurant on our way to the Ferry. We received excellent service from Lesley and were served the best Fish and Chips we have ever tasted, along with a delicious cup of tea. It was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The dinner cost us between £10-20 per person, but it was well worth it. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect score of 5. We highly recommend trying the Cod and Chips at this restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience."
