"We have visited this restaurant with other three families and we were not happy about many things. The food is not bad, however a good restaurant has a much different standard. We noticed that the bottles of still and sparkling mineral water reached our table already opened without the usual seal. Then we asked to have sealed bottles and the answer was funny: "we have no sealed bottles!". We suspected that they use tap water and sell it as mineral water. In one bottle we found some unexpected content in the water. The payment is possible only in cash with the excuse that the card payment system has to be repaired, exactly the same excuse they told me about 6 weeks ago! The waiter did leave the table full with dirty plates even much later than we finished. Apparently we were not the only customers who complained yesterday, as a german gentleman did not appreciate how his steak was cooked and the waiter was rather aggressive to him. I have been at this restaurant at least other two times and it was not as bad. I hope it will improve, until then I will not likely go there again."

I visited Munich with my Girlfriend and we were seeking some greek food over there. From a recomendation of a passenger, we went to this tavern. The service was really friendly and helpful with choice of the menu. I decided to eat mousaka. It was so juicy, and there were ingredients inside, that did it awesome. My girl ate the chaloumi-salad. In addition we ordered a red wine akakies. It was pretty good with mousaka. After the food, the owner invited us for a selfmade cheesecake - just delicious. I recommend this place to everyone!

It was a nice visit in Munich. Me and my wife were very satisfied about this Greek tavern. The owner gave us a ouzo as a welcome.. Then we ate different starters (aubergines; zucchini ; and some cremes as well). Then we tried the meat dish for 2. Was pretty good grilled and tasted really juicy. Beside the meat we drunk some red wine which was dry and a little sweet - we liked that. Anyways it was a nice evening. The hoster tried to help us in anyway and were very friendly. We recommend this place for couples which wants to have a nice complete evening. View menu

We were walking along Schneckestr. And thought we'd drop in for a quick bite. However, the place had not opened and only the beer garden was serving beer. We ere going to leave when the owner called out to us that even though the cook had not arrived yet he could rustle up something. Sure enough he put together a fine dish of appetisers and then recommended a "special of the day" which had been pre-prepared and did not require the chef's attendance. It was a magnificent traditional central Greek dish called Spetzofai, if I got the name right. A sausage, pepper & tomato stew. Simply delicious. The restaurant is new to us having formerly gone under the auspices of Alte Liebe and Kastanienhof. W...

Myself and my partner love to eat all sorts of food so when it came to ordering and our waiter George had some suggestions we were more than happy to try out his recommendations. We shared a gorgeous cold starter of pita bread and different flavoured spreads, and a main of lupo, prawns, calamari and octopus with some beautiful fresh vegetables and baby roast potatoes and a salad! When we went to pay we realised that we had no cash and the restaurant doesn't take visa. My partner went to get money out and as it was late and we didn't know the area when he didn't return promptly George brought me in his car to pick him up! We would have enjoyed the night and food without George but he made the...

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
