Visited this place a few days ago for the first time and it was good. The service from the waiter was exceptional and the best I've ever had, charming, chatty and knowledgeable on the menu. Unfortunately the day I went numerous items were not available, but the food was flavoursome and decent portion size. Definitely would recommend to people passing by. View menu

What can I say, worst pizza I've had!shop bought pizza base, there was far to much topping so when it came the Bolognese on pizza was cold and the cheese wasn't even proper mozzarella it wasn't melted. Really shocked an Italian restaurant can sell such bad pizza. The sea bass was nice though and service good. I wouldn't return though. I wish I had complained at the time. Lunch time with a friend. Sadly a drink request was not met as this was not available. Drinks arrived in good time. Meals chosen; my aubergine dish was not available! My alternate choice was very flavourful but have suggested to chef, less balsamic is required as I felt it over powered the dish! Lovely surroundings (based inside a garden centre) inside and out, although too windy to sit outside. Meal type: Lunch

Lovely lunch with a friend a few weeks ago in the gorgeous outside area Staff went above and beyond our expectations to help us with everything. Food was exceptional it was a delight. The only downside was the price of the wine which was excellent but so expensive for such a small glass. I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, so I chose to have afternoon tea for my sister's birthday. THIS IS THE BEST AFTERNOON TEA EVER! They offer unlimited tea and coffee, and the sandwiches are incredibly fresh. The Italian cakes are simply delicious—it’s truly a delightful experience. I highly recommend you go and see/taste it for yourself. And I can’t forget to mention the staff; they are the friendliest people ever. Thank you so much!

Confusing lunch experience. Table and chairs very dirty. Ordered a sandwich. After getting back to the table waitress asked if we'd ordered a sandwich, confirmed we had. She said she'd go and ask the chef to make it and we should go to the till for a refund? Sandwich then came. Waitress came back and said forget the refund because we had the sandwich?! For Caffé Bello. Just an average coffee shop. Coffee wasn't that great, the nicest part was the millionaire shortbread. We visited in January, very cold... Might want to consider this if you plan to sit and have a nice chat and a coffee, 90% of people had their coats on. One of us asked for extra-hot; waitress couldn't tell us which one it was. We came at 10am-ish, by 12pm they had run out of cows milk. All things considered, I wouldn't visit again or recommend it at this time of year for a coffee date/meet up.
