Since 1981 we regularly go to the Thassos. It has become a second home for us. We love the warm family atmosphere and the delicious food. Paputsaki (meat-filled aubergine in tomato sauce and baked with potatoes in the infusion form with bechamel sauce) is our favourite. Without the Thassos, the world would be poorer.
