"Lack of staff and a dirty cup, but a really nice, relaxing atmosphere and quiet (it was a rainy day). A wide variety of tea and cake options. Lots of seating further inside down a few steps, and the area with large windows seems suitable for wheelchair access. For such a central location it's a shame there's not enough staff for someone to wash up well and greet us at the door, but the staff seemed attentive and there were no delays. Service: Dine in"

My kids ordered the pulled pork, but they couldn't eat it because it was prepared with a sauce that wasn't listed on the menu. When I paid for the meal, I asked about the ingredients in the pulled pork, and the response I received was, "I don't know," as she didn't want to ask a colleague for clarification. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
