"Probably the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Definitely style over substance. We received a meal here as a gift and were expecting good food. Unfortunately it wasn’t good at all. Four course VIP menu (laughs out loud) prawn cocktail to start no issues, main fish and chips, the batter was dripping in grease so much so that I stripped out the haddock and ate that part, which was nice and tasted fresh. The dessert (see picture) was supposed to be a miso and chocolate crème brûlée. It was like raw cookie dough. You couldn’t eat it. I’m embarrassed to tell the in laws how bad it as. Not recommended if you like good food."

Highly recommend the Anchor Line Resturant. Ticks all the boxes, food was splendid, staff were amazing, location is perfect and the detour is lovely. I would certainly come back here in the future, I took a few colleagues out and they all loved it.

Large fine dining restaurant in the Centre of Glasgow. Decor is in style of early 1900’s transatlantic cruise ship. Good variety of quality dishes available. Service was very attentive. Booking online requires a £10 per head deposit to be paid which is deducted from your bill. Recommended!
