well made the staff, 10/10, we had a nice meal from the new menu, then had a drink mishap on our table! the floor staff, where great and our table was soon put right. many thanks again we had a great evening.

After a poor experience another local pub we we apprehensive BUT staff were super friendly and accommodating, food was lovely and beer delicious! Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back! I kept my sisters surprise baby shower here in the functional room on Saturday. it was brilliant! the room was clean and ready for us to decorate at a time we had arranged. we all ordered from the main menu and even with a big party all food came to the same time, it was delicious. the staff was helpful and sure that the event went smoothly, would definitely recommend and will soon be back, thank you, an amazing time was from us all!

However, the dining experience wasn't great. The food quality was only average, earning a score of 2 out of 5. The service, unfortunately, was lacking, garnering a disappointing score of just 1 out of 5. As for the atmosphere, it was mediocre at best, receiving a score of 2. Overall, it seems like there are significant areas for improvement.

While I cannot fault the food—it was quite good—the service was simply unacceptable. The table service was extremely slow, with a wait of 40 minutes for the first course and over an hour for the second. We decided to give up on waiting for the third course and asked for a refund. I mentioned to the staff, who attempted to apologize, that this wasn’t the first time we had experienced such long waits between courses. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, and we’ve visited many times in the past without ever feeling that the service was prompt. Waiting so long between courses has made us hesitant about returning.
