"Very expensive. Reservation ran smoothly, unfortunately we received (4 adults) despite many other free tables the place right in front of the kitchen. Since the premises are already very loud due to the open concept of the house and we sat right at the outlet of the dishes in front of the kitchen, entertainment at the table was hardly possible. The order of the drinks and the appetizers went quickly, the appetizers came quickly. The main dishes were ordered before the starters were consumed. This order has been lost so that we were served almost 1.5 hours after the order and also only on request the main food. After all, we had been informed that the order had been lost and we had to wait so long. After the main dish we ordered desserts, which came quickly. At that time we've been at the table for more than 2 hours. The coronation was then the invitation of a young unfriendly employee to leave the table, as we would stay there longer than it is allowed. If we had been inquired before, why we were sitting there for so long, this call would perhaps be absent. Or maybe not. We still exchanged on site with the senior employee about this type of treatment, but unfortunately only received a malicious comment. Overall, we lack the concept, implementation and customer-friendliness. The only light vision was our service, which was always friendly and accommodating with all hectic and dissatisfaction.
