Its always a pleasure coming to aura! Food, service and experience The only issue i have is that it can get really cold

Place is very nice and ambience is very good. Food is also delicious. I would really recommend for any celebration. A bit on the higher side but it’s worth.

Very misleading. This is not a restaurant but a shiha place that serves food, which is below average. It should not appear in the OpenTable search as a restaurant!

The service was shitt excuse my language we on Valentine’s Day and it was nightmare we waited to be seated for like an hour and than we had to wait the food for and another hour. We got ignored and dismissed it was bad experience never going back again😡.

Always hot, delicious and on time. They are always willing to make my dishes extra, extra hot just how I like and tweek my dishes without having to pay anything extra. Staff are always polite and friendly. Pro tasty dishes and con you don't open at noon anymore.

overall, the location looks amazing, correct Instagram image scene. the service was terrible, however, that we have to wait for our food, we even ordered the starters to go, even that did not arrive early, then accepted, but it came with the main course, which is very strange because the starters should come before the main.

the service must be drastically improved. the starters that come out of garnel, humus and wings. the wings came out with the nets and asked to take that back. also asked various waiters on a drink and it did not come. the entire ambiente is good, it was very warm in there and the system is great, but will not be customers again because of the service.

by far the best in the opposite. most others are gujarati style Indian food, which is good, just boring! Also here on 9.9.17 you can not complain about food, but a person engaged in home and waiting duty was a catastrophe. long wait for everything. 2 customers came to take away stood at the bar for about 8 minutes. Nobody walked around like that. Maybe you have to look elsewhere if this goes on. not happy!

This restaurant was very disappointing from the moment we walked in and asked for a table we were told we shouldn’t have booked on Open table as apparently it’s for the nightclub area only, which we had no idea of, neither was it stated anywhere when booking on open table. DON’T BOOK ON OPEN TABLE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. We had to sit and wait after arriving to our booking on time for them to give us a table in the actual restaurant the restaurant was pretty empty at this time by the way. The table they gave us we didn’t like but the hostess was so moody that we had to take the table anyway. Our food came so late after we ordered, its was cold and not tasteful. service was very slow...
