"I don’t normally write reviews unless the product/service is exceptionally good (or bad). This was a delivery order for 3 savoury crepe meals and tried this place for the first time. Great food and great service. The food was a little late (to be fair no other takeaway/restaurant covers this distance in the first place), called the restaurant and both people I spoke to were polite, called the driver and gave an accurate ETA. Normally when you call somewhere, they just grunt on the phone with the default answer of ‘5 minutes’.The food arrived and again the delivery driver was extremely polite and professional. I was hoping the food would live up to the service standards and it certainly did. The packaging was also great, and helped keep the food hot and drinks cold. Quality of ingredients was great and the concept really works. Well done and keep it up."

"my partner, father in law and I came to a solemn dinner tonight. the personal was very warming and welcoming as neither my partner nor I thai food previousley came and explains the dishes in detail, I am not a fan of spicy and was advised, all dishes could be adjusted as they all cooked fresh. I had the prawn starter and the rainbow salat for pornstars, it was amazing and very fast service, the garnels were divine and huge! we joke in our house that my partner has hollow legs, there were more than enough food in the plate to fill it. all the food we were served looked out and greeded brilliant. the personal was very attentive when our glasses were empty, we immediately offered a refill. 5* would definitely visit again, many thanks for the amazing meal and service."

"Came here as a group of 11. They took our drinks order and they came quite quickly which made a good first impression. For starter, my husband ordered the pate and specifically asked for just the pate and toast on the plate. However, when it came it was sitting on salad and had oil al over the toast. For our main I chose Chicken Dolce Latte which was ok. My husband ordered a medium fillet steak and chips with nothing else on the plate. When that came there was some kind of herb butter on the steak so it had to go back. When it returned, the steak was well done and quite tough. If we had not been with a group of people, that would have been sent back too. For dessert I chose the lemon tartufi which, for me, was the highlight of the meal. My husband chose the waffle and ice cream which he really enjoyed. Subsequent drinks orders seemed to be hit miss. Don't think we will be returning to this restaurant."

"We came To the royal as a family of three in the school holidays. All of us had an absolutely delicious meal. The loaded steak burger is outstanding. We ordered a sundae to hare as a pudding and all I can say is wow. All three of us dug in and it was still plenty. They have really got everything just right. The lady serving us could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Can’t wait to return"

"This place used to be really good. I tryed it tonight again for the 1st time, and wow I would be so embarrassed if inwas the chef. The quality of the food used is shocking I got a special fried rice the beef is just bits of fat. I asked for beef in ok sauce and they sent crispy beef in ok sauce but wasn't too bathad until I opened it and the pieces were near black and rock rock hard also had a heap of onion skin In with the veg. The chips were like dregs of bag all small like 1 inch and hard as he'll really gone down hill and to say I spent £32 it's more than a disappointment. Never again"
