I had a Christmas meal today with my friends, such a wonderful time , the staff were very attentive especially the Landlord, who made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him, thank you Richard. Definitely recommend.

We had pre booked a table for my dads birthday. The food was delicious and all came out together. The staff were friendly and attentive and even though there was 11 of us nothing was too much trouble. We even had our own seating area. The tables were beautifully decorated and festive. Thank you Richard, Karen and team.

Been the last two Sundays for their Roast and its absolutely lovely food. I'm now giving up cooking my Sunday roast at home, when it's this good here! Excellent price as well. Went for a Sunday roast and honestly it was so lovely. Good sized portion of food, real roast potatoes (not frozen). My partner had Beef and turkey duo, I had lamb shank (so yummy) and my daughter who isn't a fan of roast dinners had hunters chicken. Service was great as normal. There is a lady who works there who's customer service is so brilliant, so a shout out to her (sorry I don't know your name).

New to this pub. Good location with large car park. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. We were approached several times by staff who asked if we were ready to order. We were chatting away so distracted, but it was nice and very attentive of the staff. Our meals came out in a timely way and were very tasty, the macaroni cheese was delicious. I would say it’s a comfortable atmosphere and good for families or couples alike.

We booked a table for 9 people via the website, then received a request for food pre-orders. Great message system with prompt communication. Our table was booked for 7pm and having arrived 10mins early, we were taken straight to our table. Our first course arrived exactly at 7, impressive! The food was delicious and served by very pleasant members of staff. The surroundings are lovely and welcoming and we could not have asked for more. I booked a table for 18 of us a few months ago, to hold my mums 70th birthday lunch at The Bell on 9th December. The staff were so welcoming on the day, and set up our own private area which worked really well. The food was all correct to what we pre ordered and apart from a small complaint about the steak, your team member Steven was very prompt and helpful and apologetic, and replaced it. Thank you to Steven, Richard and the team who looked after us all so well. Nothing was too much trouble, food was great and so was the service. I look forward to visiting again in the future! Had a wonderful Sunday roast dinner yesterday, very tasty. Steve our server, such a nice chap, warm and friendly just how staff should be, indeed all the staff their are lovely. Now my new home for our family lunch/dinner. Went again tonight Monday, as I wanted to check if the food was as tasty as our Sunday roast and the food was once again delicious! The burgers are on Par with a certain Michelin starred restaurant that I've dined at. The Chef's here, certainly know about cooking very tasty food! that's also high in quality. Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere to dine in as well. Drinks are also reasonably priced. I was only drinking Cappucino because I was driving, but I can say that I paid...

Went for a meal on the 1st of November we’d booked our table for 4 quite a number of weeks prior, we arrived to be greeted by a member of staff might have been the manager “I hope you’ve pre booked or it’s pot luck what you get” amazing greeting! We ordered our meals and drinks as well as some water for with our meals. Our meals arrived (which were edible that’s all you can say about them) and the server bought the water and 3 glasses…. There were 4 of us, they then noticed the mistake and said “ohhh there’s four of you ahh well two of you will have to share” in a very can’t be arsed manner.
