"The food was not bad, the burgers were quite tasty. One thing i didnt like is that the barman didnt want to cook the burger of my wife well done and he insisted that i will take more minutes then mine.. Firstable we were...not talking about a Dry aged Black angus or Wagyu Ribeye and secondly, since we are paying, i believe we can decide how cooked we want the beef patty to be. The worst part of the night was sitting at the bar because we had to see how they wash the Beer glasses and thats why this place gets stars. They take the glass from the customer and dont use any sort of dishwasher, they put it in a used bowl of soap and then rinse it in another bowl of used water and let it rinse.. The sanitary service of the country should apply some rules regarding the restaurants, hope this wont happen in every place in Germany"

Amazing burgers!!! What more can I say, you have to eat here! Best burgers we have ever had and the fries were yummy!! Second visit to Berlin and second visit to the bird, we will be back just for the Burgers

This is a no messing meat heavy barrestaurant with great America’s style food. Friendly staff nice ambience you won’t leave feeling underfed. The house burger claims to have enough fat to kill a donkey and they’re not wrong

We visited on the recommendation of a friend and weren’t disappointed! Choice of burgers and beer was fantastic. Cooked well and served by attentive and friendly staff. A great stop after the football. Book a table for ease, it’s busy, and enjoy the atmosphere, beer...and food. No utensils allowed, you eat with your hands in here

Visiting Berlin we had no sense of direction when it came to finding somewhere to eat. We chose this place because of the quality comments that were giving, and boy did they live up to them!! Amazing food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Meal portions were...amazing just be wary that loses fries are huge and will probably cover your plate!

My friend and I went to eat there last week when we were in Berlin and boy was it worth it! we took the recommended one from the menu Da Birdhouse and it was made exactly as we asked them to. the fries where good...too and i really liked that the burger buns weren't big so you could enjoy the burger patty more. if you are in Berlin you must try this burger
