Lovely meal at reasonable prices with nice staff. Burgers, steaks, Gammon, vegetarian dishes cooked well and onion rings to die for!!

only back from the meal at the buffers, the food was fantastic, had to wait a bit, but it was all freshly cooked homemade well made, waiting for every case to go again, prices reasonable and very happy full!

Had a turkey sandwich, it wasn't processed meat, there were lots in along with stuffing, also included chips, I had sweet potato chips, no extra charge I might add and salad. To be honest I couldn't eat it all. Will definitely be going back.

Always lovely food we went for my husbands works Xmas do on the 17 th Dec absolutely brilliant good food the starter I had was the pate delicious the roast beef dinner the beef just melted in my mouth such good value for money will definately go again

excellent atmosphere,we had a family meal for six,the staff were very friendly and efficient. the food arrived quickly which was very good and was obviously made from fresh food and not prcessed food,we have had a meal here before and will come here again

in the buffers for a bite to eat during the going, the pub was packed, but we were quick to sit even though we had not booked. the staff was friendly, helpful and quick to do with us. we both have a frying dinner and eating was fantastic, plentiful and a good price, will definitely go back to the buffers

We've been visiting this restaurant for years and, especially in the last couple of months, we've come more frequently because we love it. The food is consistently excellent, and I can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of us. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to assist, even on a particularly busy night like tonight. The service truly is top-notch! xxx

We dined here yesterday on our way back from the coast, and we were truly impressed. I ordered a hot beef baguette, while my partner had the lunch gammon, and oh my, it was fantastic! The gammon was enormous and incredibly flavorful, and the meat just melted in her mouth—it was amazing! Everything tasted homemade and fresh. As we left, I remarked to my partner, "That wasn’t a bad price, was it? £28?" To which she replied, "Try £20.80!" I was genuinely shocked at how delightful the food was. I will definitely be back!
