"I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and well-prepared. I’m surprised to see that it currently has only a 40% rating, as my experience was excellent. While it's not the cheapest option, the portion sizes are decent and the quality of the cooking is commendable. If you’re looking for a relaxed and romantic meal with a special someone, this place will definitely impress you. The only downside is that it could really use a larger and better-staffed bar, as it tends to get quite busy."

it took a long time before our food arrived because the pub was very busy and they had very few employees. the food was good and I enjoyed the meal.

love this pub. large selection of beer and a nice menu. in the summer the hof is nice to sit. in winter it has a cozy open fire and a friendly atmosphere.

food quality, service and venue was pretty good, but food is overpriced to me. I chose bauch schwein and skallops, at a price of £19, and the portion size of the bauch gay was laughable and there were only 2 scallops (in the half to make 4 pieces). View menu

This is by far the best pub/restaurant in the area. The staff is lovely, the food is consistently excellent, and it's a beautiful spot to sit back and relax. I go almost every week, and the new chef is exceptional. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit!

a miserable greeting from a young lady, could not crack a smile when she tried to we were next to the stairs people up and down in her room windy and frightened place. we were not impressed by everything we will not be back and will not disturb our friends in the camper club.

the food and the service began at thirty-seven. eat well, but gloomy are a bit hit and miss. the five pounds of lemon melodies was a lemon cured teete with a tiny Meringue nest that was balanced above. our waitress was polite, but the service time was dismantled with the fully booked restaurant. This is a gorgeous restaurant with great food, Visited here NYE 07 and had a great night. Menu was really good with a large specials board also on offer. Had a small wait for our table where we had a drink at the bar, great variety of drinks and champers if its a special occasion. Food was delicious and although not cheap was very well priced for the quality of food being served. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

The Bulls Head is a charmingly updated coaching inn from the 17th century, complete with ample parking. We enjoyed a lunch of gammon and chips for around £9, along with a burger topped with bacon and cheese, accompanied by chips for £11. Both dishes were delightful, though the portion sizes might be a bit on the small side for the price. The service was excellent, and the spacious, beautifully decorated building features some original elements, including lovely fireplaces.
