"We used the Pub on 3 evenings while in Seaford for a weeks Holiday on our first visit we were greeted by the very friendly Publican who chatted with us between serving people we also had some conversation with a few of the regular customers this made us feel very welcome. There are large screen TV`s there for watching mainly Sporting events and they have a Darts team who play in local leagues although we did not stay much later than about 8pm I would guess that the pub is a very popular one with plenty of customers in the evenings. I drink Stella Artois and I have never had a better pint of it it was excellent. Before finding this Pub we had been into most of the others in the area but If I lived in Seaford `The Cinque Ports` would be my local without a doubt. Chris"

Fabulous meal! Chef Daniel is doing an amazing job. The rump steak is amazing! The chicken wings with blue cheese dip are delicious! All very COVID friendly!

Lovely meal, good safety measures in place and friendly people. I wasn’t even aware this pub did food..... great little find. They are doing the special offer during August on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday too. View menu

I was unable to sample the menu as there was no chef on duty. The interior of the restaurant could use some fresh paint and renovation. The bar area looks impressive, but the seating areas appear rundown and in need of attention.

We tried here today for the first time. It will also be the last! I asked for a pink/rose lemonade only to be told that they don't serve posh lemonade had not heard of it! Only to be joined by the others sitting at the bar laughing at the person serving's comment . Sorry to say I have not had that response before felt quite uncomfortable!

Clearly not family friendly! Don 't ask to take a child in there especially if they have disabilities. The landlord shouts at them without speaking to the parents first. When he was told she has disabilities he replied I don 't care, don 't bring her in here , in fact don 't take her to an adult environment again Completely inappropriate and clearly needs some training ! Went in twice today. Had a pint during the afternoon and then booked a place for dinner tonight.....a Thai meal. Neither occasions let me down. I was welcomed during the day and the place was clean and homeley. The Thai meal was wonderful and we will definitely do that again. We are locals and so know the alternatives. The Cinque Ports is definitely in our top go to places!. Thank you...Cinque Ports.

I was quite surprised to see positive reviews about The Cinque Ports. I went there today for a quick meal and was disappointed to find the pub almost empty, with only a few customers present. The decor seemed outdated. We ordered our drinks and food at the bar, three burgers, and ended up waiting for a long 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, we were unimpressed. The chips were soggy, the fish tasted off, and the chicken was overcooked and dry. It was a terrible experience overall. The only good thing I can say is to not bother wasting your time and money coming here.
