"Stayed here for 1 night February 2022. Never again. Check in was slow due to a member of staff on her phone. Room it’s self wasn’t up to standards shower cubical black mould around the base. Know wardrobe just a cupboard with a couple of hangers. Went for dinner in restaurant that night food was ok, service a bit slow. Breakfast in the morning waited 30 minutes for it to be served to us. It was uneatable nothing was really cooked total disgrace how that could be served to any member of the public. We explained to a member of staff and we told her to take them away. She asked would we like anything else definitely knot. I wouldn’t recommend you booking this place avoid. 0-Star rating"

Trying to charge an extra 20% for a 2 hour early check in. I booked somewhere else that’s cheaper, better reviews and who are doing an early check in as part of the service

Great location, hotel nice with great breakfast and lovely Indian meal. All staff friendly. However we picked the wrong time of year to go. Some shops already closed for the season, cafes etc doing reduced hours. Not many places for an evening meal.

As you know a few of us were not impressed by yesterday's psychic event. However, I would come again to a similar event. Maybe you could try to book Ian Gow from the Spiritual church in Stirling next time? Food and company otherwise was lovely! Thanks Lauren! View menu

Stayed here for the 2nd time in 6 months last night and could not recommend the place anymore. Brilliant service, Staff are lovely and very welcoming and even got some decent eye candy Food was brilliant aswell. Top marks to Fiona and Gary for putting up with us rowdy bankie lot.... see ya next time x
