Food was great and fairly quick, staff were friendly and efficient. Right beside the river, ideal for walking the dog before our meal and he was made welcome by the staff as well.

On a sunny Sunday at 7:00, the restaurant was nearly out of food! The menu had very few options left, and the waitresses' iPads were not being updated, leading to constant apologies from them. It was a total disaster!

We went for Sunday lunch and despite booking the table in advance the waiter could find our reservation on arrival. We haven’t been told they run out of beef until we actually placed the order. We been told “ I don’t think we have any beef left”. We had to ask waiter to go and check. Service was very slow but food excellent.

The weather was wonderful and the atmosphere was charming, however, the food was underwhelming. I opted for the chicken Caesar salad, but it arrived without any chicken. After requesting a replacement, it came back with only three small pieces of chicken and a tiny amount of lettuce, yet I was still charged £16.50. Previously a nice place with good food. the fact that they had to delete the bar to order food for 20 minutes when the place was empty was shown disorganisation the mangeress was inappropriate and the staff tried to give customer service, but did not misuse in the position to cope with the tables were dirty and unclear, but the place was empty the eating was hard and tasteless my child refused the terrible meat it was. I asked about the cash for filling I was told that she could not buy, but it came with the meal, but they had only enough for certain portions. it came then and I had no filling that is the whole point of a bratessen for me. as a whole would not eat there again

My experience with the staff's knowledge of veganism at this restaurant has been excellent. They were well-trained in understanding dietary requirements, which was reassuring. I have dined here about four times now, primarily because of the convenience of its location near my home. I enjoy being able to eat at a pub with a cozy fireplace. The pub offers a completely vegan menu, and the staff are happy to assist if you mention it. I have tried the burger and chips, a simple but tasty option, as well as the vegetable tart, a refreshing change from the usual vegan curry found at other nearby pubs.
