"We stopped by for a drink at this pub. There isn't much else to say about it, really. The owner was friendly, but mostly talked about himself. The female owner didn't seem to care about us at all. A village pub should be the center of the community, but I'm not sure if this one fits the bill. Wishing them luck, as every village needs a good pub, but I have to question if they have the right personalities to make it successful."

top family business dorf pub under new management . welcome. the food begins on the 1st juni. great place to come.

Absolutely rubbish and the landlord and landlady very unhelpful . No food available and the beer was fowl. They should not be running a pub in the hospital sector .

Proper and decent village pub. Locals are lucky to have such a nice place nearby, bit of a trek for me! Good to see lots of local real ale and a decent fire- perfect

The Crown is a warm friendly village pub. They serve a very good range ales and do a limited menu which is excellent. Great atmosphere and a large log fire during the winter

absolutely excellent reopening night! tracy and paul put on a great buffet, great music and really excellent service. the pub is refreshed and has a great future. in any case it is worth to enter for a beer and a chat.

Great food well presented cooked and served. A pub delivering the whole package from breakfast to lunch to afternoon cakes and evening meals. We joined the quiz and were made to feel very welcome. Well done Crown and thank you

Under new and friendly management. An extremely bright welcome awaits you from Mandi Colin. The kitchen is currently being cleaned and will soon be providing good food. Hopefully this lovely village center pub will, once again, be the center of attention!!

we visited the pub that was recently reopened with a related one. it has been enlightened and is still working in orogress. they hope to serve at the beginning of mealtimes, tracy and their husband paul, who are excellent hostess, have ambitious plans that will make them fruit by 2020. we will certainly visit again when we are in the opposite
