"the croli is a perfect “fit” for la cala ... trendy, friendly and served stunning savoured and cured gammon, juicy roast beef and without doubt the best cake at the costa del sol. we recommend especially the philly steak sandwich with delicious, delicate cork meat, the “Deli” chilli sauce to take with the homemade fruit we also ordered a cowardly marinated ham for christmas .. can not wait to taste this little beauty. in the competitive restaurant business at the costa del sol stands the deli above the rest in la cala and offers a great service and delicious, unpredictable meals. “In the café/restaurant trade, it doesn’t matter what they do, but it’s doing well.” the deli makes sure!"

My first visit here. Really impressed with the service and the quality of the food. The coffee is lovely. A great place to get a fix of the English food you miss when you live out here. Highly recommended.

I asked for a custom made sandwich and being guten intolerant it was made for me on a brown sub. It was much much more than a sandwich it was a meal in itself. The staff were really friendly. Real value for money. Loved It. Thank you!

this is now a firm favorite for breakfast and lunch! we have tried the broken egg, giant croissant, speckrolle and eier benedict that were all excellent. each time we are there, we buy some cakes and quiches to take a special favorite with the huh and chorizo. all freshly cooked with friendly service.

I live in la cala, so I usually visit the deli for breakfast (eggs benedict) or for lunch. this place is absolutely a shade when they are fresh and homemade meal lovers. the homemade quiches are unbeatable with various fillings, such as pumpkin and goat cheese combo, quiche lupine. they can choose cut fresh meat (roastbeef,) choorizos, ham, homemade coleslaw or humus. tasty baguettes, sandwiches, salads! beautiful carrot cake, apple and caramel wing cake, crumb with tea or coffee, but cheese board is also available! at the end they can have a glass chutney, minen is plumen and apple taste!

"After three years absence we’re back visiting the parents and traditional first night meal is always at the sheriffs. A short walk from where we stay and an staggering distance home. Firstborn has been dreaming about the onion soup starter since our last visit, from all accounts it didn’t disappoint. Spouse had the croquettes and I had a roasted pepper salad, both excellent. Second born had bread and butter slathered in alioli and still smelt delightful the next day. Dad inhaled the mussels; ‘very good’ while experimental mum had garlic bread. I didn’t ask how that was, it’s garlic bread. My mains was a pork Skewer chips and salad. I felt like Zorro, it was a **** sword. Excellent though. Spouse’s garlic chicken was ‘ok, not enough sauce’. Kids had a margarita pizza each which was ok but as firstborn said ‘you go to sheriffs for the soup, not pizza’. Mum had an ok lasagne (bit runny) and dad a peppered steak. No puds as they stopped the crème Catalan a few years ago. Spouse was fuming. They need to bring that back as it was banging. Then I had an Irish coffee which was aces. Sent me spinning which didn’t bode well as then the after meal schnapps came out and no one but me wanted them. In fact mum and spouse sent the poor guy back for their favoured caramel vodka. So I had three shots of peach schnapps (and it wasn’t the archers variety folks) and two of apple. As firstborn pointed out, ‘you don’t need to drink them dad’. So? Fight me. A triumphant return with minor niggles and looking forward to our return."
