"We were sat alongside a table of men watching football who were loud and constantly swearing. Staff seemed to be accepting of this despite it being immediately beside our table which we had pre booked for dinner. The food was cold, we gave this feedback to the person attending to our table. I have been eager to visit this restaurant for some time now. It has a charming exterior with ivy-covered trellises, twinkling fairy lights, and stone steps leading down to the door.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It felt more like a meal in a nightclub. If they want to have a conversation, they should bring a megaphone! The service was lacking, but it was clear that the staff were overwhelmed.
