"I have come to this place since my childhood, and after I wasn't for a few years, I was absolutely thrilled to find so many vegan options for my visit this time! In addition to these options there are vegan starters, mains and deserts and other customizable items. I enjoyed the “Award-Sieg vegan cake” at our first night followed by the “vegan sticky toffeeee pudding”, and when we came back the next day (not resist), I enjoyed the moving mountain plant based burger. wonderful eating in a magical land pub, the evening ambiente on a summer evening is not to be missed. eating outside is a must! parking is simple and plentiful near either directly opposite in the rooms or in the nearby streets (all free). the booking is advised by website and easy or call it on the day."

Sunday roast(beef and Roasted chicken pie was gorgeous! At first booked horseboxes, but the weather was quite chilly so had to go inside. (lucky there were tables left unbooked! They also have a lovely fireplace which keeps the house warm :

oozing with history and atmosphere. a massive pub garden too. food quite decent, some reported excellent eating, some so. wide range of ales and non-alcoholic drinks, including unusual non-alcoholic beer options. really worth a detour is the village classic england from her fantasy!

Booked to stay a Sunday night at the Moon Gazer, very comfy bed with a lovely private enclosure. Food was immaculate for both tea and breakfast. Only small criticism is the misunderstanding around breakfast, asked if we could eat in the private enclosure, had to go in to the pub instead. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This pub is an experience in itself..very old timber framed pub, with roaring fire and real ales, set in the pretty village of Bretforton. We had dinner need to book a table in advance). Really lovely waitress, attentive, cheerful. All our meals were delicious, very generous portions. My food in particular was superb...roast beef and Stilton salad, beautifully presented and so delicious. I would most definitely come back here again.

I would give this place definitiw 5 stars if I could. everything was incredible. eating was delicious I had the vegan cakes and chips followed by the sticky toffee pudding, and it was sooo delicious. my friend is a carnivore, and he loved to eat. it was a sweet, cozy pub with fire, so the atmosphere was brilliant. the personal was so friendly and welcoming. my friend said he wished he could eat here every day. would be highly recommended.

So, having had a bit of a low day I decided to google country pubs local to me. This place popped up and I took a chance and drove over. I was not let down by the previous reviews, its a real hidden gem. Was a 50 minute drive for me but the cider and fish n chips made the journey more than worthwhile. The pub inside is beautand garden more than adequate for families or large groups. The surrounding village and houses are beautiful. Honestly worth a visit.

the reviews are correct. this pub is just brilliant. it is as if you step back in time. everywhere you look inside, there is a little story, whether its horny, cutlery, the open heart or the writing that could tell a story or two, the pub is just as a pub should be. warm, welcoming and much wonderful eating and beer. There is a small courtyard outside and a larger open space with tables or how it would be their meal in a converted horse box. highly recommended.

correct old English pub full character and definitiw worth a visit. served food (at least 2 different decent vegan options I remember, plus veggie and normal pub duve). burgers were good, cheesy chips that my daughter had come with cut and crispy tweepers, which they originally rejected but soon ate when they were delicious were beautiful large garden with different sitting possibilities (picnic, converted horse boxes x 2 and a few other protected areas) some people camp on the grounds. very nice, would visit again if close

this is a beautiful land pub in a historical building where they can enjoy traditional ales either in the interior, under the old beams and fahnensteinen, or outside in the obstgarten, or even at one of the many concerts and events that can take place in the scheune annexe. eating is also a feature here; as pub grub goes, this is as good as they find everywhere and service is always friendly. the bar area is small and is overcrowded, so it can be slow drinks to busy times, but that is worth waiting. There are often live folk music both in pub and in the pub, anyone interested in it should recommend the website of the pubs or the phone!
