The menu was excellent and the bar staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate our group of 11 at short notice as well!

My husband and I were staying a few miles away and came for dinner and drinks. The food was excellent, the dessert was fantastic and the service was equally excellent. Not to mention the delightful surroundings on a summer evening. I highly recommend The Fox! The toffee pudding was 5 stars!

We were looking for a nice pub where we could have lunch a pint after our walk and the Fox delivered! A beautiful Riverside pub with plenty of outside seating, really tasty food, good selection of beers wines and great service. It's definitely going on the list of places to return to when we're in the Cotswolds next! View menu

amazing! met family here as half point, began in the restaurant and moved outside into the beautiful garden. personal, we are very friendly, professional and attentive, although we amuse young children and dogs. eating was excellent and the owners were also very involved. newer renovation to a high standard. now we have at least one reason to get to know family! thank you.

5 stars aren't enough. we have loved our stay here absolutely and all aspekte surpassed our expectations. the host/owner would not have done it better. the outside area was great, with a lot of green area and plastered area, all with excellent view of the water. in the inner, the bar area, the restaurant and accommodation were all excellent. we enjoyed everything we had eaten for breakfast. not only our eating tastes good, the presentation and service was also great. our only complaint is that we could no longer stay here. we visit the opposite as part of a tourist trip from our home in the usa, and it is something we probably do again sometime. if this happens, a stay in the fox in barringt...

I and my wife were here for 3 nights, Friday to Monday. we had the top room with the balcony overlooking the river and the fields. what a beautiful sight we had. our stay was so pleasant and relaxing. the bed was beautiful and it was nice to wake up to the sounds of the landscape. all employees were amazing, polite and helpful. eating was excellent, whether it was breakfast or dinner. good selection of beer and local ales as well as the usual gins, wodkas and whiskys. the surrounding plots are also very beautiful and well maintained. a lot of benches free. they are also dog-friendly, which is good (our friends have met us last night and they have a dog). overall we had an amazing time.
