"After leaving a lovely cashmere scarf at the restaurant, we were initially told it had been found when we called the next morning. However, when I went to retrieve it, it had been misplaced again. Despite making six phone calls, I was informed each time that it was still missing. The scarf was a pricey navy, pure cashmere one from Corgi, so it was very disappointing to not have it returned."
