"I stopped by this restaurant for a meal on September 26. I ordered two scampi and chips, along with a wrap. Unfortunately, the scampi was burnt, the chips tasted like they were just reheated, and the wrap had more sauce than chicken. Overall, the meal was quite disappointing. I left quickly and wasn’t even asked about my experience, nor did they say thank you or goodbye. It was particularly frustrating since I had taken insulin and needed to grab a sandwich to prevent a hypoglycemic episode."

The Covid safety measures in place today were excellent, and I want to thank the wonderful staff for taking such good care of us. I really enjoyed the table service, and the "small" Sunday dinner was the biggest I've ever seen!

We were ripped off when eating out for the ‘eat out to help out’. 1 adult meal, 3 kids meals and 3 soft drinks £25 would have been £50 normally?? A pint of Diet Coke £3.70 £7.40 normally?? Pure greed, no need to hike up prices for the scheme, the government were paying the 50% ???? View menu

Stayed here on Sunday night! Huge family room with lovely comfy beds, staff v polite and helpful. The food was delicious we had an evening meal and breakfast. Everything was freshly cooked and we could take our time over the meal. 10 mins from Hogwarts and the beach! Will definitely be back ????

Breakfast was chaotic; they served my full English while I was still eating my cornflakes, and the waitress just stood there. I had to move my cereal out of the way without finishing it. The coffee was cold, and on the second morning, they completely forgot about us. We had to remind them we were still there. The service was terrible, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.
