"Previously known as the Badgers Rest, this pub located in the suburbs has a charming rural vibe, as it is surrounded by spacious grounds that feature a Beer Garden in the summer and a large car park. It also has a 19-room hotel that is part of the Innkeepers Lodge network. The food at this establishment is expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with an ever-expanding menu that offers a diverse selection of dishes. The service here has consistently been top-notch in my experience. The only small complaint I have is that the selection of Real Ales could be improved."

Online Reservation was not even acknowledged, went all the way there for nothing. No effort to sort the issue out and offer us a table. Very disappointing!

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is very nice and tasty with fair size portions. Service is quick but I didn't feel rushed. A great place to go for a Sunday lunch.

The Pub and Restaurant is decent as a pub with nice outdoor seating. However, their attempt at being a gastro pub is falling short. My last few visits have been disappointing, and I will no longer be returning for food.

We had the Sunday roast. 2 of us had pork and one had the triple roast. Food delicious and service great. Only Minor issue was the size of the meat portions a bit small on the pork roasts and very small amounts on the triple roast.

Lovely meal today in newly refurbished pub. We both enjoyed our meals, no complaints, in very pleasant surroundings. Have no idea of the names of the staff is that bad?? but they were excellent, attentive and informative. We shall be back.

swarm bell with skalopps was absolutely delicious and the chocolate bomb desert was decadent and rich. my vater wanted to have a burger until he saw a awaited walk over us with a fish and chips, so went with this instead and absolutely huuuge fish, perfectly cooked and delicious. really great and delicious!

fantastic pub. there are many sections to enjoy for everyone. I've been coming to Oatlands chaser for many years and always love it. great place for partys or special calendar dates. eating is fantastic, especially the frying. reviews below are available from 10 customer service 10 food quality 8.5 atmosphere 10 location 9 parking spaces. We went on Sunday for Father’s Day. The restaurant was very busy. They were doing a set three course meal for £23 which was good value. Scallops and bacon to start were amazing. I had the roast chicken for mains which was nice but the large Yorkshire pudding was very hard and stale which was disappointing. Dessert I had the chocolate bomb which was lovely but too much for one person and I did have any peanut paste in mine only a chocolate brownie.
