We had an absolutely delightful visit! Although we only ordered drinks, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed sitting down while watching the ocean.

what a lovely, perfectly chilled place to spend their birthday parties friendly, great atmosphere, are tightly attentive, fab eating. would definitely go back soo recommend a stay at this place.

We enjoyed a Sunday lunch at The Old Coastguard with a group of seven, and it was a delightful experience. The interior decor was lovely, and there was also outdoor seating available. The food was tasty, and we were treated to stunning views of the sea. View menu

We love enjoying the garden whilst the kids run around the Old Coastguard. Great food, drinks and wonderful staff. Thank you Charles for giving the world the opportunity to have a lovely restful time whilst in Cornwall and for the locals it’s an all year round treat!

This is the best place to stay in the southwest corner. The attention to detail is exquisite, the menu is imaginative, and the regional food is wonderful. The service is excellent thanks to the attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished. Overall, it's fantastic!

We had an excellent meal on Monday night for a family birthday celebration with seven of us. All three courses were superb, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the wine was delightful. Well what can I say!! I've eaten in some of the best restaurants you could wish to dine in and I would have to say the food my wife and I dined on last night ranks right up with them!!! The location the staff the was exemplary couldn't wish or ask for more on our Honeymoon!! Thank you so much. Gav and Jenny xx

This is my 3rd time in this hidden gem of a hotel. I ve stayed in many different hotels in the uk from 1 to 5 stars and I can. confidently state that this is the best hotel l have ever stayed in. Service 1st class,food outstanding and Cornwall the best part of the U.K. I implore anybody looking for a break away from it all to book a room here

My first time staying at the hotel and it was a joy. From check in to check out we were made to feel welcome and special by all members of staff. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the views were fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were first class with plenty of choices as was the service.
