"Had a very good family evening at the Racehorse Inn last night. This pub is on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, with impressive views over the nearby valley. My meal included a Cow Pie, which was one of the best pies I've had for taste, size and filling if you're a pie lover, you must taste this! The Tikka curry and lamb shank offerings were exceptional. The racehorse has a homely atmosphere, with good service, delicious food, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!"

Would recommend for a fantastic welcome and incredible food, good size portions of homemade food with a nice atmosphere, nice place to sit and chill with nice food and a drink

We stopped here in our campervan for dinner and an overnight stay. The staff were super welcoming and we had a lovely and very reasonably priced home-cooked meal. The pub itself was like stepping back in time and filled with lots of very interesting sports memorabilia. Thank you for your kind welcome. View menu

Much better than expected.The place looks a little run down, but to be fair they've only just reopened after a long lockdown. The staff were super friendly and approachable. The food was freshly made and great value. Simple pub grub but what's wrong with that?Keep the menus small and the food homemade!They allow customers in campervans to stay overnight, which is lovely and modern.The décor inside and out need a spruce up , but give them a chance.
