I visited on a very dark, rainy night and found a good atmosphere with many locals at the bar. I believe the views from the restaurant are stunning. The menu has a good selection and the service was friendly and efficient. I especially enjoyed the Harvest beer. I am looking forward to my next visit. Rating: Food 5, Service 5. View menu

Great meal and beer at the Rifle Volunteer. Never been there until now as it used to be a very rundown pub. Now it is a very pleasant lunchtime trip with good food and attentive staff. Food is well made and tasty and plenty of it. None of the miniscule snack masquerading as a meal here. I would go back there like a shot.
