"stay in the royal hotel for my brothers in the botanical garden from 19-22 juli. I took my berner dog with me, and the staff was really helpful and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. my friend is also zöliakie, but they had a few different items on the breakfast (gluten free brot) menu and dinner, we had no lunch there. a thought that I had been air conditioning in the rooms, and although it was unusually hot, the rooms would still be quite warm. many things that made it a great time that were like putting a bowl in the room for the dog with water in bottle, and clean the room quickly while we walk it for a walk. very recommended but!"

We did the 'Dine and Stay ' at The Royal to celebrate our anniversary after marrying there 10 years ago. Beautiful place, the staff are amazing, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food was exceptional and the restaurant staff made it even more special. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you to The Royal for an unforgettable stay x

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest helpful staff. Particular mention to our breakfast waiter Alex and the gentlemen behind the bar, thank you for being so courteous. Relaxing welcoming, we can't wait to return again soon. Next time we will be bringing along our dog, as the hotel is very dog-friendly. Definitely recommend the crab sandwiches for lunch will be booking the Royal afternoon tea for sure.

Absolutely loved every minute of our time at The Royal Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds and views are stunning and the staff were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Fine dining in the restaurant a totally delicious mix of flavours and concepts made for an amazing gastro experience. The Cheese Soufflé was incredible TheIOWCheeseCo your Gallybagger was delicious! It’s very rare you come across a place that ticks all the boxes, but The Royal Hotel did this in abundance. I would thoroughly recommend The Royal Hotel. adgestone we loved your wine selection.
