The Rum Kitchen - All Saints Road

We went there for a retirement party.Service was very slow and food arrived at different times within our table.Food was cold and my friend ordered cauliflower curry and she left hers after a couple of mouthfuls.I was looking forward to a nice Caribbean meal but...left disappointed.Won’t be back again

we dived for a cocktail in rum kitchen and it was fab. it was random - we were in a nearby apartment and had time to kill before we checked, but we ended up with a really nice time there. we had some nibbles that were really delicious and a lot of cocktails from the happy hour menu that were very valuable and delicious. worth a visit!

The food and drink at the rum kitchen was amazing, it was a shame it was ruined by the poor service! We were sat on an empty table which it took them half an hour to get us napkins and cutlery and asked for our...orders before even giving us menus. Waited for the bill which had to be changed but came back exactly the same as if the waiters were paying no attention.

Firstly, This is not Caribbean food or anything like it, please do not be fooled. I was served burnt food that tasted sour and later made me sick. The customer services was absolutely dire. Probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. I had to argue with...the staff here for a whole month for a refund. They are still refusing to accept responsibility for the rotten food. Please don’t eat here. The food is **** at best, the staff are even worse.

came here for a meal with a few friends and I was served by young woman called izabella. What do you want me to say? it was great from beginning to end. I was a little insecure what I should eat and drink, but with great help. from izabella it was very easy. we wanted something strong and recommended the zombie sharing cocktail (highly recommended). I will come back in definitiw as we had a great time with good music, good eating and great service.

PLUS Jerk Bowl was excellent! Well-seasoned succulent chicken thighs, which came with rice and peas (not your traditional kidneys beans). The dish was served with chopped pieces of melon giving the dish a nice tropic refreshing taste. I would recommend trying the fish...fritters, best I ever had, came with a fiery ginger and lime aioli. MINUS Although we had a good service throughout the night, there was only ONE waitress. She seemed overworked and struggled to keep up with service demands.

off I want to say DENISE is a very special woman. She constantly had me and my family in stiches of laughter. Denise was very attentive with the needs of my brother who can’t have anything too spicy in a Spicy restuarnt. She definitely...left a lasting impression on the whole family. If I ever come again which I will, I have to be serverd by Denise and only Denise. Next the drinks amazing, just how I like my rum, the blends and mixes no fault there. The presentation of the food and the taste amazing! Thanks for making mother’s day special for my mum

eating was very nice as soon as it arrived. my tables arrived and when the kitchen had asked to forget to cook my meal next to the chips, no big thing. the waiter asked if I liked something while I was waiting, so I decided to. some new chips that are served warm with my actual meal. I was accused twice on the chips and when the "head" waiter was questioned, refused to hear me and got a chair over our table. he argued that this was because I had technical "two portions of chips. this is openly unacceptable customer service for me, as I would not have used for the second if my food had been cooked! as I said, nice eating, but the service was terrible and I will never be again.

Attended with family for an birthday celebration having been recommended for its food but would think again if warm and inviting service is what i wanted! Having been squeezed into a booth (not what was confirmed at the time of booking) we felt extremely...cramped but still decided to make the most of it. The service was slow (no apologies for delays) felt like an age to get our starters, mains were Luke warm and to be honest there were only a few things on the menu that was worth the wait for!
