"Being the only customers on a Thursday evening for my birthday at this restaurant that seats 100 people was quite embarrassing. The server was fantastic, and the food was decent but not exceptional. Due to the empty atmosphere, we only stayed for one course and opted for wine by the glass instead of a bottle. The décor and location were good, although the chairs were not the most comfortable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend this place. I'm sure it would be a different story with more customers though!"

the food was excellent and the service excellent. nothing was too much annoyed. would definitely recommend a visit. the sea bass with saphir was especially worth mentioning

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It offers something unique in the small town of Whitby. I can't get enough of the food and atmosphere. This will be my third visit and I can't wait to go back.

Nice food, only one nice waiter in the place. Don’t remember his name but he had a bald head and bit of the beard. Rest of the staff rude especially the manager. Also says dog friendly but look at you like something you have trod on if you bring a dog in with you Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Great food, priced how I would expect, and good portions for the price. Love the décor. Very fitting with the large ship in the harbour overlooking the restaurant. Enjoyed the music, which was at a good level. Service was very attentive but not obtrusive. Overall, no complaints and I look forward to visiting again.
