"A nice location with a large beer garden but made less attractive by the number of uncleared tables. Friendly welcome. A poorly lighted, small room overlooking the car park, with an extremely uncomfortable mattress, a shower that fell apart when we tried to use it, and a tv that switched itself on spontaneously at 6am. Noisy, crowded, popular dining areas with friendly staff but some unspecified blunder between server and kitchen meant our risotto didn’t appear for more than an hour. While waiting we were entertained by overly loud ‘background’ music. To be fair, the price of the meal was discounted to compensate for the long delay. The Swan is memorable for all the wrong reasons."

Excellent service. Great quality Sunday roast lunch which was good value for money. Lovely smart casual dining environment which a range of areas indoors and out to drink and or dine.

We booked a table and ate early. Only 2 others in the restaurant but we were given a table right by the kitchen door. Had to ask for menus after 20 mins waiting. Food was expensive and when it arrived it was average at best.

Had an excellent stay at The Swan. All staff where welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional. Food at breakfast and dinner was such high standards. The room was spotless and had everything you needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Walked here from Malvern Hills caravan site in approx 15 mins. Very pretty pub old world charm with a modern twist. Super friendly attentive staff. Dog friendly. Great selection of wines, spirits and beers/lagers. Delicious roast lunch and dessert. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely lunch today 14/102023. Dipping breads with oil Beef sandwich with salad fries Selection of wines and a nice cheese board , Nice atmosphere lovely garden friendly staff Only disappointing thing was they don’t take cash which I think is not good as it doesn’t state it anywhere If you had no card and only cash what would happen then

Stayed here as a halfway stopover when travelling to and from Cornwall. Beautiful throughout the bar, restaurant, gardens and the rooms. Great selection of ales, gins amongst many other options at the bar. Food is fabulous and the breakfast certainly fills you for the day. All the staff especially Imogen are cheery, helpful and welcoming whilst giving a polished, professional service. Will definitely stay again

me and my family visited for my nans 93rd birthday. the things that were said by staff were awful. there was a man named craig i believe and he came over to my nan and said “93rd birthday? crikey you’re basically a ticking time bomb at this point. just make sure you don’t kick the bucket in my pub or else we will get bad reviews” then proceeded to tell us the only thing we could order was fish and chips. he also was very abusive to his staff. do not recommend

Have visited this restaurant/pub before and always found it a pleasant place. There are a few things that could be improved though, when a waitress comes out 3-5 minutes with your Sunday Lunch you just know that they 've been sitting out back waiting to be ordered and because of this the plates are cold and the meal to start with is just warm rather than hot plates and hot food. Sometimes you have 2 potatoes, sometimes 3. Sometimes the parsnips and red cabbage are missing, sometimes not. All these things make a difference to the meal. The restaurant itself is lovely and it 's in a wonderful location, it 's just that the food is a bit inconsistent on what you receive each visit.
